Key responsibilities
- Plan monthly content calendars outlining themes, post frequency,
and campaign goals. - Design strategies according to client objectives and target
audiences to boost brand presence. - Creative thinker with a talent for developing unconventional,
out-of-the-box ideas. - Collaborate with designers to create engaging visuals and videos;
write compelling captions and use hashtags to maximize reach. - Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; respond
professionally to foster a positive online community. - Track key metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) and
generate reports with insights and improvement recommendations. - Stay in touch with clients to understand their business goals and
provide strategic recommendations. - Stay updated on social media trends and platform algorithms to
adjust strategies for optimal engagement. - Skilled in creating engaging reels on trending topics to capture
audience interest and boost engagement.
Skills set to get succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
(or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience in managing social media accounts for
businesses or brands. - Strong understanding of various social media platforms, algorithms,
best practices of social media, trends and advertising options. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics
platforms. - Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative
Suite). - Highly organised, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of content marketing, influencer marketing and
whatsapp marketing is a plus.
